Refund Policy

Returns

If you are an international customer any import tax or duty fees would be your responsibility. Failure to accept your item from the courier resulting in the destruction of the item will result in no refund. You agree to this by purchasing.

All items are shipped with a 30 day warranty unless extended was purchased. If unit arrives damaged please provide us pictures so we can open a claim and get out replacements. We will ship a brand new part for you to replace with. The unit is very user friendly. But if for any reason you have issues you can send it to us to be worked on free but shipping would be your responsibility

If you provide an inaccurate address and do not let us know to correct it within 1 business day it will be your responsibility to get the item from the local courier. If it is returned or destroyed you'll be responsible for all fees that are incurred.


Our policy lasts 30 days from ordering. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If the package arrives damaged please send us pics as well as open a case with the delivering party and provide us claim info and we will work with you to remedy the situation promptly. If you ship a return AFTER your 30 days, you will only be issued a refund of 15% of the order.

During your first 30 days a tech will gladly assist you in correcting any issues or concerns. If a problem occurs they will promptly send out whatever part is needed to correct said issue. The unit is designed to be ultra user friendly in the event issues occur to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. Or you are welcome to return the item, shipping cost being your expense.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact customer service to start return process and be provided return address. *IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED PLEASE OPEN A DAMAGE CLAIM WITH THE DELIVERY COURIER ASAP AND PROVIDE US THAT CLAIM NUMBER* Refunds will be less the restock fee of 25% and shipping expenses. Units with more than an hour of usage will incur a 40% restock fee. Any arcade unit returned physically damaged will only recieve a $50 core reimbursal. Customs are made specifically for the order, if you return a custom arcade, you will also only recieve a $50 core reimbursal. Controllers and light guns are wear and tear items and cannot be resold, any controller return will only be 25% refund for the cores. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Retro Minis are accepted with less than an hour of gameplay.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,less any shipping fee incurred by us as well as a 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will only incur a 20% restock fee. Anything with more than an hour of usage will be refunded less a 40% restock fee as we are not a free rental company. Custom units will incur a 70% restock fee as the surface will need to be replaced. Any included accessories or parts not returned in their original state will also result in further deductions of their value on requested refunds. The game lists can change due to upgrades at any time.

Or you are welcome to return the item, shipping cost being your expense.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or the servicing of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You must provide us with tracking to anticipate and receive the package.


EXTENDED WARRANTY INFO-

If you purchased an extended warranty offered on an electronic device it acts just as any standard consumer warranty. It covers all major electrical components in the event of failure, covering the labor and parts to fix or replace said failed components. It does not cover any part broken physically. It does not cover software damage by adding third party programs. You would be responsible for your own shipping.
